Shana Smith is a managing director in the Mintz Group’s executive due diligence practice in the Washington, D.C. office.  She joined the Mintz Group in 2016 after working as a project manager, researcher and writer at an investment newspaper.  Shana has experience across Mintz Group practices, including disputes, asset traces and transaction due diligence. Her investigations have covered a wide range of industries — from finance and health care, oil and gas to real estate — throughout the world.
