Saranya Kapur is a Managing Director in the Mintz Group’s New York office. A seasoned investigator with nearly a decade of experience, she has led complex, cross-border engagements since joining the firm in 2017. Saranya specializes in pre-transaction due diligence, as well as executive and board-level diligence across the United States and India, working closely with private equity and venture capital firms, investment banks, and financial institutions. She also has extensive experience leading teams on complex disputes and asset recovery matters.

Before joining the Mintz Group, Saranya was a journalist, writing for Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and Institutional Investor. She holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economic Reporting from New York University and an Integrated Master of Arts in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology.
