Olga Whitlatch is Chief Financial Officer at Mintz Group, where she leads the firm’s global finance organization and drives its financial transformation initiatives. Since joining Mintz, she has unified the company’s finance functions across geographies, implemented robust reporting and budgeting frameworks through Datarails, and introduced real-time visibility into key performance indicators by practice area. Olga also oversees the firm’s ERP modernization, spearheading the implementation of NetSuite to streamline operations, enhance data integrity, and improve business decision-making.
With more than two decades of experience guiding international companies through rapid growth and digital transformation, Olga brings deep expertise in financial strategy, M&A due diligence, performance management, and systems integration. Prior to joining Mintz Group, she held senior finance and leadership roles across technology, consulting, and professional-services industries, where she successfully executed multi-entity integrations and complex automation programs.
Olga earned an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Gore School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah.
