Nicole is Director of Strategic Projects at the Mintz Group, where she drives firmwide initiatives that strengthen operations and scalability, elevating the client experience. She also serves as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients -- guiding complex due diligence engagements and building tailored solutions that integrate directly into their internal systems and decision-making.

With more than a decade of experience across strategy, operations and investigations in both U.S. and international markets, Nicole has partnered with leaders at global corporations, investment firms and mission-driven organizations, including top universities and major philanthropic institutions. She surfaces reputational and compliance risks before key decisions -- and builds systems that make due diligence efficient and easily integrated into hiring and investment workflows. In addition to her firm-wide responsibilities, she serves as a Director within the Executive Due Diligence practice.

She has an undergraduate degree in journalism and an MBA from the University of Virginia, where she focused on strategy and leadership. Nicole maintains nonprofit affiliations in her community.
