Jill Haberkern is a partner at Mintz Group, where she specializes in overseeing executive and transaction due diligence, and providing investigative support during complex litigation. She is also the firm’s Global Head of Training and Client Service, working to ensure Mintz Group investigators are the best in the industry.

Jill joined the Mintz Group in 2012. Her clients include multinational corporations, pension funds, and private equity firms, whom she advises on diligence before hires, appointments, transactions, and partnerships.

Other Mintz Group career highlights include: an internal investigation on behalf of the Utah House of Representatives into corruption and misconduct allegations against the state’s sitting Attorney General; engagement by an international non-governmental organization to review internal investigations into sexual misconduct; and bet-the-company litigation to determine control of multibillion-dollar enterprises.

Jill has a B.A. from Yale University and an M.F.A. in English from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop.
