Daniel Fallows is the Executive Director and Partner of Mintz Global Screening’s Screening Practise. Based in Toronto, he began his career in 1988 with the company that would later become Mintz Global Screening’s Canadian division and has held a range of supervisory and executive roles, steadily shaping the company’s growth and direction. Today, he oversees all aspects of the companies Screening Practise globally ensuring strategic alignment and excellence across the board.

Under Mr. Fallows’ leadership, Mintz has become a recognized innovator in the background screening industry. His commitment to secure, ethical business practices, insistence on quality at every stage of the screening process, and encouragement of entrepreneurial thinking have positioned the company at the forefront of the field.

A founding member and former Chair of the Canadian chapter of the Professional Background Screening Association (previously known as the National Association of Professional Background Screeners), as well as a Past Chair of its Global Advisory Council, Mr. Fallows has played a pivotal role in advancing industry standards. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, he has helped elevate background screening practices both in Canada and globally.
