With over 20 years as an HR executive in the professional services industry—including leadership roles at the law firms of Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver and Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz—as well as her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at MarketWise, a financial research and SaaS company where she played a pivotal part in scaling the organization and positioning it for a public NASDAQ listing, Cynthia brings extensive expertise in managing comprehensive HR and business functions.

An accomplished and dynamic HR leader, Cynthia’s industry expertise spans fintech, SaaS, publishing, media, and professional services. Cynthia specializes in business transformation, high-growth environments, executive coaching, compliance, and total rewards. As Chief People Officer at Mintz Group, she leverages her demonstrated history of building HR infrastructures, leading complex M&A integrations, and designing impactful workforce strategies to shape the firm’s future.

Cynthia is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
